 With my project, 1000Jobs4Rabwah, the primary goal is to create 1,000 new and permanent jobs in Rabwah, Pakistan, within the next 5 years, to invest in Pakistani startups, and to try other Pakistani companies help to become successful.

About me

  My name is K. Nadeem Arif, and I am the Founder & CEO of   outsourcing4work GmbH , founded in Germany 27 years ago. outsourcing4work is a 100% remote IT & Human Resources services company with a team of 100+ people living and working remotely in 17 countries around the world. While I was born in Lahore (Pakistan) in 1969, I lived in Rabwah briefly between 1982-84, before moving to Sweden until 1985. Since then, I have been residing in Germany and am a German citizen. In 2007, I fell ill with a rare disease and am no longer as mobile. As a result, unfortunately I can no longer travel to Pakistan. Given the circumstances, the particular challenge for me is to achieve this project working from my bed in Germany.
